What You Need to Know
At Florida Neurology Group, we understand how costs can add up quickly. For that reason, we do our best to be as transparent as possible while offering a variety of payment options. When you contact our office in advance of your appointment, we will give you an estimate of the fees for the visit.
Florida Neurology Group is a participating provider for Medicare and many managed care networks. Don’t forget to bring your current insurance card(s) with you, so that we can assist in determining your benefits. We will accept co-insurance or co-payment at the time of your appointment and will bill your insurance directly.
For HMO patients, please assist our billing team by obtaining a written authorization from your primary physician prior to the scheduled appointment. Without this, your appointment may be delayed. Our insurance specialist is available to arrange a payment plan for all services, so you are encouraged to communicate your needs to us.
We accept Medicare and most major insurance providers!
Understanding the No Surprises Act
Did you know that you have the right to receive a good faith estimate? This includes details about the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, as well as related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment and hospital fees.
The No Surprises Act protects patients who are covered under group and individual health plans from surprise medical bills. People with Medicare and Medicaid already enjoy these protections and are not at risk for surprise billing. Learn more by reviewing the informative patient resources provided below.
